Rapportdating.dk is operated by Cyberfusion ApS, a Danish company (CVR 32269818), Liseborg Toft 66, 8800 Viborg, Denmark.
All persons who appear in any visual depiction on Rapportdating.dk were 18 years of age or older at the time the depiction was created.
Cyberfusion ApS does not produce, buy or commission any of the content on Rapportdating.dk. All pictures are uploaded by private adult members, and members may only upload pictures of themselves (on a couple profile: of the two partners). There is no video on Rapportdating.dk.
Before a member can upload pictures:
- the member verifies their age (18+) and identity with MitID, the Danish national electronic ID, through the certified MitID broker Idura ApS. On a couple profile, both partners verify with their own MitID;
- the member signs our Content Provider Agreement with MitID, confirming that they are at least 18, that they only share pictures of themselves, and that everyone shown has consented.
Every new picture is checked before it is shown. Pictures that may show a minor or a person who has not consented are removed, and illegal content is reported to the police.
Records of each age and identity verification (date and time, verified age and a unique MitID identity reference) and of each signed Content Provider Agreement are kept by the custodian of records:

Cyberfusion ApS respects the rights of copyright owners. Members may only upload pictures that they have taken themselves or have the right to share, and only pictures of themselves.
If you believe that content on Rapportdating.dk infringes your copyright, send a notice to
[email protected] or use our
report form (category “Ophavsret”, copyright). Please include:
- your name, postal address, telephone number and e-mail address;
- a description of the copyrighted work;
- the link (URL) to the content on Rapportdating.dk;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We remove or disable access to the content within 5 business days of receiving a complete notice, and we inform the member who uploaded it. If you are shown in the content yourself, it is hidden at once when you report it.
A member who believes that content was removed by mistake can send a counter-notice to the same address. Profiles of members who repeatedly infringe the rights of others are closed.
