This page is for acquiring banks, payment service providers and compliance reviewers. It describes the controls we have in place to meet the card scheme standards for adult content merchants – Mastercard’s standards for adult content (AN 5196) and the Visa Integrity Risk Program (VIRP) – and where to find our policies.

No one can upload a picture without verifying their age (18+) and identity with MitID, the Danish national eID.

New pictures stay hidden until they have been checked. Unclear cases go to a human moderator.

Pictures may only show the member(s) of the profile – one person on a single profile, at most two on a couple profile.
No video, no live streaming
Video has been removed completely. We do not buy or commission content – members share pictures of themselves.
Decisions within 7 days
Anyone can report, also without a profile. Serious cases are decided within 48 hours.
Independent appeals
Disputes can go to Appeals Centre Europe, a certified DSA body – at our cost.
How we meet the requirements
Each control below is in operation on the site today.
1. Age and identity of everyone who uploads

Before a member can upload a picture, they must verify their age (18+) and identity with MitID, the Danish national digital identity, through the MitID broker Idura. Without MitID the upload button is replaced by a MitID button, and uploads are refused on the server.

On couple profiles, both persons verify with their own MitID before the profile can upload.

Pictures uploaded before this requirement are hidden from 31 October 2026 if the profile has not been verified by then. They are only shown again once the profile is verified.

One MitID identity can be linked to at most two profiles. Further attempts are refused, and our moderators are alerted.

From MitID we store the verified age, the date and a one-way identity reference – not the name or national ID number.
2. Everyone depicted is a verified, consenting adult

Pictures may only show the verified members of the profile: one person on a single profile, and at most the two verified partners on a couple profile.

Our AI counts the persons on every picture and estimates the gender of each. Pictures with more persons than the profile allows, or where the gender does not match a single profile, are rejected automatically – this also applies to pictures that were already on the site. The member sees the reason and can ask for a human review.

Every uploader signs our Content Provider Agreement with MitID. It prohibits illegal content and requires the consent of everyone depicted. Each signature is stored with its version and date.

Every verified person can withdraw their consent at any time, and the pictures concerned are hidden at once.

A person who is depicted can report a picture – also without a profile – and it is hidden automatically while we check the consent.
3. Review of all content before publication

New profile and gallery pictures stay hidden until our AI has checked them, normally within a minute. If the AI cannot assess a picture, or the picture may show a minor, a moderator reviews it before it can be shown.

The AI (Google Gemini, processed in the EU) assesses nudity, the number of persons and faces, the estimated gender and age of each person, and signs of a minor. It also records signs of missing consent (a sleeping person, a hidden camera) and of pictures that are not the member’s own (watermarks, professional or AI-generated images).

Profile texts, lounge posts and short stories are checked by AI when they are saved and in a daily sweep – for content involving minors, incest, non-consent, animals, prostitution, trafficking and contact details. Flagged texts are reviewed by a moderator.

In chat and lounges, members can only share their own, already reviewed public pictures – there is no upload there. Pictures in private messages can only be seen by the sender and the recipient, and messages can be reported.
4. Complaints and removal within 7 days

Anyone can report a profile, a picture or a message – also without a profile – via “Anmeld indhold” on the site, our public report form or by e-mail. It is free, and the identity of the reporter is never disclosed to the person reported.

Reports about minors, illegal content, missing consent, violence or abuse, and reports from a person who is depicted, hide the content automatically as soon as they are received.

Serious cases are decided within 48 hours and all other cases within 7 calendar days. Reporters who leave an e-mail address are told the outcome the same day.

Removed content stops being shown anywhere on the site immediately, and at the latest within 10 minutes. A new profile reported by three different members within its first day is closed automatically until we have reviewed it.
5. Appeals and neutral dispute resolution

Anyone who disagrees with a decision – the reporter or the member whose content was removed – can appeal within 14 days. The management of Cyberfusion ApS reassesses the case and answers within 7 days.

If the disagreement continues, the case is referred to Appeals Centre Europe (Ireland), an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified under Article 21 of the EU Digital Services Act. Cyberfusion ApS pays the costs and follows the decision.

Content removed as illegal or non-consensual stays hidden while the appeal is handled.
6. Illegal content and law enforcement

Zero tolerance for content involving minors (also as role-play or fantasy), non-consensual content, violence and abuse, incest, bestiality, prostitution and human trafficking.

Suspected illegal content is hidden at once and locked as evidence, and the profile is closed. Suspected child sexual abuse, trafficking and other crimes are reported to the Danish police. Child sexual abuse material is also reported to the hotline of Save the Children Denmark (Red Barnet).

We cooperate with the police and hand over information on a court order or a police request.
7. Marketing restrictions

Neither we nor our partners (such as affiliates and advertisers) may market the site with words, pictures or search terms that suggest minors or non-consensual acts – for example “teen”, “barely legal”, “schoolgirl” or “lolita”. The same applies to profile names, profile texts and picture captions. Partners who break this rule are removed.
8. Records and monthly reporting

Every automated assessment, moderator action, MitID verification, agreement signature, complaint and removal is logged with the time, who handled it and why. A decision cannot be saved without a written reason.

Every month we produce a report for our payment partners on complaints, deadlines, decisions, removed content, reported users and fake profiles. Each report is sealed with a checksum, so it cannot be changed afterwards.

Our policies are reviewed at least once a year and whenever the card scheme rules change.
9. Access to adult content

Membership is for adults aged 18 or over. Explicit pictures are shown blurred to visitors who are not logged in, and members can choose to have them blurred with our adult filter.
10. Billing and cancellation

Prices and terms are visible to everyone before sign-up. Members can cancel their subscription themselves, online, at any time. Our terms include our return policy and our chargeback and fraud policy, and profiles suspected of fraud or misuse are blocked from purchasing.
11. Data protection

We process personal data under the GDPR and keep only what we need – from MitID only the age, the date and an identity reference. Pictures are analysed as a reduced copy in the EU, and private messages are never sent to AI.
